As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will have a direct reporting line to both our CEO and our Chairman. We are seeking an accomplished professional with a proven track record in a similar role within the marketing technology space, ideally at a company that has experienced substantial international growth in the B2B enterprise segment. You will manage our sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and show hands-on leadership in the execution by being an active member of the sales and marketing team. The team is currently +10 people and with a goal of growing it in the years to come to +20 people. Experience collaborating with major media agencies is a definite plus and will be invaluable as you lead all customer-facing operations, encompassing sales, marketing, and customer success.
Team Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture in the commercial team, attracting and retaining top talent. You will lead and grow the team to meet our ambitious revenue and growth targets.
Go to Market: Develop and execute go-to-market motion and strategies that includes selling via partners, reviewing pricing strategies, segmentation, and more. Drive the joint efforts across marketing and sales to meet objectives.
Customer Success: Oversee customer success operations to ensure retention and continued expansion into our enterprise accounts. Selling to enterprise organizations with many stakeholders requires ongoing management hereof by colleagues with different expertise. Continuously improve and innovate customer success programs to create a positive net revenue retention year-on-year.
Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with key industry players, including media agencies and other vendors, to grow our market presence and revenue.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to guide decisions, monitor performance, and find areas for improvement. As a SaaS business, you are responsible for ongoingly analyzing relevant SaaS metrics for areas of improvement.
As our Chief Commercial Officer, you will have the autonomy to shape and execute strategies, while also benefiting from the support of a dedicated team and an innovative environment that fosters creativity and leadership.
