Accutics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, expected to evolve into a full-time position by Q4 2023. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for the review and negotiation of software-as-a-service (SaaS) contracts with customers worldwide, including some of the largest organizations in the world.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and negotiating SaaS contracts with customers on custom terms
- Managing legal aspects of data handling, processing and controlling (GDPR)
- Ensuring that contracts are in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Providing guidance and support to sales and customer success teams on contract matters
- Identifying and mitigating potential legal risks
- Providing training to team members on contract review and negotiation processes
- Managing and maintaining contract records and documents
You will be working under the leadership of an educated lawyer who will assist you in your responsibilities. This position is part-time, requiring 25-30 hours of work per week.
What we expect you to bring
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A law degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the software industry
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
