Customer Success Manager I Full-time


Are you an experienced profile within Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 360 who can drive customer dialogues and success? Do you want to work with some of the most data-driven companies ranging from national businesses to complex global enterprises? At Accutics, our customers use Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics 360 as their web analytics tool. We ensure that they capture useful campaign data across marketing sources.

What will you be doing

In this key role, you will be working closely with one of our co-founders and helping organizations reach business objectives through deep industry insights. You will be spending most of your time working with customers, just as you will participate in further developing the platform with new features and services related to the optimization of digital campaigns through data. You will lead the onboarding process of new customers, including engineering customer solutions, reviewing customer data, and integrations. You will also provide campaign analytics best practices to ensure that they successfully leverage the Accutics platform at every stage of their journey.

You will be working in a small team, so a variety of different tasks may be coming your way – expect a lot of variation and great learning opportunities.

What we expect you to bring

  • Solid experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Solid knowledge of campaign tracking (taxonomy) across marketing channels
  • Drive to direct communication with our customers across the world
  • Knowledge of reviewing data imports and assess the validity of configurations
  • Strong work ethics and a “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
  • Innate curiosity and willingness to learn
