We are looking for a competent Office Manager (part-time) to help ensure our Copenhagen office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

About the position

This position includes various responsibilities, from making coffee to assisting management with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is well organized with a flair for structure, attention to detail, and the ability to execute. Be able to act in a dynamic environment with a high pace, where you have to master juggling several tasks at the same time - and still maintain an overview.

What you'll be doing

  • Purchase and handling of office supplies and IT equipment
  • Ensure tidiness throughout the office and common areas
  • Coordinate travel arrangements such as flight & hotel booking
  • Assist with on- and off-boarding of employees
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Inventory management
  • Various secretarial and data entry tasks
  • Assisting our finance department in data entry tasks and invoice/expense management
  • Plan and coordinate team and office events
  • Developing office policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for office management improvements, and ensuring these are implemented
  • Ad hoc tasks – general support and assistance to management

What we expect you to bring

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is an advantage
  • Profficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and some Danish
  • Proactive and ability to work independently
  • Helpful and outgoing personality
