Are you our new Enterprise Account Manager?

Accutics is a Danish SaaS start-up working with enterprises globally. As we continue adding new logos to our customer base, we need two new colleagues to help us make sure they get a fantastic experience with our products and services.

About the role

You will be a key part of our commercial team fostering strong relationships with our customers. Working closely with account executives, solution architects and support, you will own the customer relationship once a customer has completed first contract renewal (typically after 12 months of initial contract).

The overall responsibility is to ensure our customers sees and understands the ongoing impact generated through our products and services. With happy customers, you have created healthy accounts primed for growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

You will manage periodic business reviews with our customers to align goals and showcase value provided. Business reviews are performed in close collaboration with our solution architects that help with technical guidance, use cases, and more.

More specifically, your key duties are:

  • Developing an intimate knowledge of the products and services Accutics offers and their associated use cases.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations including budget owner, product owner, data/taxonomy owner, agency contacts, and admin users.
  • Keep the Net Retention Rate above 110% across your account portfolio.
  • Keep Salesforce CRM up-to-date with relevant information like main contacts, customer’s technology stack, fiscal year, contract terms, maturity journey, etc.
  • Scheduling and conducted periodic business reviews with customers to receive feedback, share product updates, and suggest maturity journeys.
  • Monitor platform usage to identify underutilized features or potential areas of churn risk.
  • Provide feedback to the product team about feature requests or areas for improvement.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop client success stories and case studies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to guide clients effectively.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs internally to ensure they receive maximum value from the platform.

Our customers are based around the world. You will build and maintain relationships through virtual meetings, calls, and collaboration. Some travel should also be expected to both meet our customers and to attend relevant conferences.

What you can expect from us

We work with the Winning by Design framework. We will educate you on it and how its focus on ongoing customer impact influence the role of an account manager.  

We will also teach you about the martech industry in more general with a focus on how different technologies interoperate from a data point of view. We will provide in-debt training on the Accutics Platform and value drivers allowing you to spot and articulate business cases.

You can expect to have a product specialist ready to assist you during customers meetings.

We are looking for a person in his/her early career in account management that have strong skills in several of these areas:

  • You are a curious person that looks to understand what is unclear and won’t hesitate to ask follow-up questions.
  • You are structured in your ways of working.
  • You take pride in being accountable for your tasks. As a start-up, we put a lot of trust in each other which requires a lot of mutual accountability.
  • You celebrate teamwork and will be working closely with solution architects, marketing, and customers to ensure success.

Your approach to a task is more important than your experience in account management. We are a startup so you should expect that there will be options to change our ways of working and to play a big part in the execution of our account management.

Requirements

  • You have a valid work permit to work in Europe (Denmark)
  • You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing
  • You are located in Great Copenhagen Area (Denmark), or will be relocating here
  • 2 years of experience in sales, advertising, account management, or marketing
