The Role

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join our growing development team. Whether you’re a recent graduate with a can-do attitude or a developer with a couple of years of experience, what matters most to us is your passion for learning, willingness to take on challenges, and collaborative spirit.

Our frontend is complex and rich with opportunities to solve interesting problems, learn new skills, and grow as a developer. You’ll work closely with our Senior Frontend Developer (and Lead Developer) as part of a Scrum-based team of frontend and backend developers. Expect plenty of collaboration, code reviews, and support, balanced with autonomy to take ownership of your work.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain high-performance, interactive user interfaces with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews, share ideas, and continuously improve our frontend architecture.
  • Stay curious and up to date with the latest tools and best practices in frontend development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Flexible experience level: You might have a couple of years of experience or be a recent graduate ready to kickstart your career. Either way, we value your eagerness to grow and learn.
  • Proficiency (or solid understanding) of React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • An interest in working in an agile (Scrum) environment and contributing to a shared goal.
  • A problem-solving attitude and a drive to create well-structured, maintainable code.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with state management tools like Redux or Zustand.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
  • An eye for design and understanding of web accessibility standards.
